That said, as far as a machine doing it's job, I think you'd struggle to find a better one. The aesthetic design badly lets it down with it's cumbersome form and awkward shape. This is a really good size humidifier. It has been an asset for us being in the sick phase in our home. Love that you can adjust where the mist blows and it has an app to help control it. There is a little drawer on the back to hold some essential oils but I don’t feel like it really works. I can’t smell them. There is a light on the front that you can see at night so if you are light sensitive when sleeping you may need to cover the light.

Great humidifier with a good sized reservoir for the water. Humidifier is large enough to last about a 30 hours on whatever default setting it comes on. I have not even attempted to use the 'smart' features so I can't speak to them, honestly I don't think that's a necessary component for me. When I need it I just fill it, turn it on, and forget it. It comes with a small light which is not intrusive into a dark room which is nice. You do get a little gurgling noise as the water drains from the reservoir to the atomizer, but there is really no way to avoid that. It's also not loud or obnoxious. All in all the humidifier is very easy to use, it works as intended and comes at a reasonable price. If you want the smart features, that would be just a bonus

This humidifier is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are excellent. Hookup was easy. Connecting to the app was easy. The app gives full control over the humidifier.
